I do not live in the UK or the US. Can I still own the company?
Yes. Neither a UK Ltd nor a US LLC asks you to be a resident or a citizen. What you need is a registered office in the UK or a registered agent in your US state, valid identification, and a correspondence address that holds up. We provide the first two and check the third.
Non-resident owners do pick up extra reporting, most of all Form 5472 for a foreign-owned US LLC. That goes on your filing calendar the day the company exists, instead of surfacing a year later with a penalty attached.
How quickly can the company be formed?
A UK Ltd is usually incorporated the same day or within 24 hours of Companies House accepting the application. US timelines depend on the state: Delaware and Wyoming are typically a few business days, while some states take up to two weeks. EIN issuance is separate and depends on the IRS.
We quote the realistic range for your state before you pay, not the best case.
Can you open the business bank account for me?
We prepare every document they ask for: certificate of incorporation, governing documents, proof of address, ownership structure. We also tell you which providers actually accept founders in your situation, which saves more time than the paperwork does.
The approval itself is always the bank’s decision. Anyone promising a guaranteed account is promising something they do not control.
Who owns the website and the hosting?
You do. The domain is registered in your company’s name, you hold administrator access, and everything is exportable. If you ever leave, you leave with the site, the content and the analytics history.
Do you file the taxes, or only prepare them?
Both, depending on the filing. Bookkeeping, VAT returns, confirmation statements and routine submissions we handle ourselves. Statutory accounts and US federal returns go through licensed accountants in that jurisdiction, so the signature on your return belongs to someone qualified to give it.
Can I take a single service instead of everything?
Yes. Plenty of clients start with only a website, or only the formation, and add the rest later. Taking everything works out cheaper and saves you the coordination, but it is not a condition of working with us.
What does it cost?
Formation is a fixed fee plus the government filing fee. Websites are quoted as fixed-scope projects. Hosting, care, marketing and compliance are monthly. All of it lands in one written proposal before anything starts, and nothing starts until you have approved the figure.
