Themes, plugins and WooCommerce builds, put together so that publishing a page, adding a product or launching a promotion never has to come back to a developer.
Most sites need the first. Stores need the second. The third is what happens when WordPress has to talk to the rest of the business.
Theme development
01
A theme built to your design on the block editor, with no page builder licence to keep paying and nothing that breaks if a plugin is deactivated.
Block editorPHPPatternsACF
Block patterns for every layout you use
Editor controls limited to what should change
Child-theme safe, so updates do not undo work
No premium builder you cannot remove later
WooCommerce stores
02
A store that handles your catalogue, your tax rules and your shipping — not the demo’s. Checkout is tuned for completion rather than for the number of steps.
WooCommerceStripePayPalVAT
Products, variations, bundles and stock
Tax and shipping rules per region
Stripe, PayPal and local gateways
Abandoned checkout recovery
Plugins & integrations
03
The custom work that sits between WordPress and whatever else the business already runs on, so the same record is never kept in two places.
REST APIWebhooksCPTCron
Custom post types and admin screens
CRM, booking and accounting integrations
REST endpoints and webhook handlers
Scheduled imports and data syncs
Packages
Three fixed-price builds
Pick the one that matches the size of the site you need. The figure is fixed before we start, and anything outside it is quoted separately before we do it.
$149One-off, fixed before we start
Basic Business Website
A straightforward WordPress site for a personal brand or a small business that needs to look credible and be found.
Prices are in USD and cover our work. Domain registration, hosting and any paid plugin or theme licence are billed at cost and named separately. Need something larger than the e-commerce package? Ask for a quote.
How it runs
Four steps from brief to handover
You always know which step you are on, what we are waiting for, and what we need from you to finish it.
01
Scope
Thirty minutes on what the site has to do, who edits it and what it integrates with. We come back with a plan and a fixed figure.
02
Design
Layouts for every template you actually need, reviewed as real pages in a browser rather than as flat images.
03
Build
Theme, blocks, integrations and content migration, on a staging URL you can open at any point to see where it has got to.
04
Launch & handover
DNS cutover, redirects from the old URLs, analytics and Search Console, then the walkthrough and the documentation.
What handover means
Four things that are true on the day we hand it over
None of this is unusual. It simply stops being true when a site is built to keep you dependent on the agency that built it.
Ask for any of it in writing. Every point here is in the proposal before you approve anything.
01
You hold every key
The domain, the host, the WordPress administrator account and the repository are all in your company’s name from the first day of the build.
No agency-locked licences, and nothing rented from us.
02
A speed budget, not a speed promise
We agree Core Web Vitals targets before the build starts and measure against them on real pages — a product page with your images on it, not a stripped homepage.
Reported on the live site, with the numbers attached.
03
Updates that are tested, not automatic
Core, theme and plugin updates run against a staging copy first, with a restore point taken before anything touches production.
Daily backups, and a restore we have already rehearsed.
04
Documented, so anyone can pick it up
A written handover covering how each template works, where content lives, which plugin does what and why it is there.
Plus a recorded walkthrough your next hire can watch.
Questions
What founders ask about WordPress
Ask anything that is missing before you commit to a build. We would rather talk you out of the wrong package than sell it to you.
Do you use a page builder like Elementor or Divi?
Only if you already have one and want to keep it. On a new build we use the block editor that ships with WordPress, because it adds no licence you have to keep renewing and it does not leave the site unusable if the plugin is ever deactivated.
Page builders are not a bad tool. They are a bad thing to be unable to remove.
Can you work on a WordPress site we already have?
Yes. We start with an audit of the theme, the plugin list, the speed numbers and the security posture, and we tell you plainly whether it is worth repairing or rebuilding.
Sometimes the honest answer is that three plugins need removing and nothing else. We would rather say that than sell a rebuild.
Who hosts the site?
Either we do, as part of managed hosting and care, or we build to your host’s requirements and hand it over. Both are fine. What we will not do is put a site somewhere we know cannot run it properly and let you find out at your first traffic spike.
What happens if we want to leave?
You leave with all of it — the domain, the database, the theme, the media library, the documentation and the analytics history. The accounts are already in your name, so there is nothing for us to release.
