Privacy Policy

What we collect, why we hold it, who else sees it and how to get it back or have it deleted. We do not sell your data and we do not buy anyone else’s.

Last updated 29 September 2026 Applies to webmosh.com and app.webmosh.com

1. About this policy

This policy explains what personal information WEBMOSH collects, why we hold it, who we share it with, how long we keep it and what rights you have over it. It covers webmosh.com, app.webmosh.com, and the personal information we handle in the course of our work for you.

It does not cover third-party sites we link to, or the separate privacy practices of banks, registries, payment providers and other organisations you deal with directly.

2. Who is responsible for your information

WEBMOSH is a brand of TASMRITY HOLDING LLC, company number [company number], registered at 1209 Mountain Road PL NE STE R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States. That company is the data controller for the information described here.

Write to [email protected] or call +880 1608 534154 with any privacy question or to exercise a right under section 13.

3. Children

Our services are for businesses and the people who run them. The website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

If you believe a child has given us personal information, write to [email protected] and we will delete it.

4. Information you give us directly

  • When you enquire. Your name, email address, company name, and whatever you choose to put in the message.
  • When you become a client. Billing details, and the identification and company documents a registry, bank or accountant requires — which can include proof of identity, proof of address, date of birth and nationality.
  • When you use the application. Account credentials, the details of your engagement, and anything you upload to it.
  • When we do the work. The files, content, financial records and account access you give us to carry out the engagement.

Some of this is required by law before a company can be formed or a filing made. If you do not provide it we may be unable to act for you, and we will say so rather than proceed.

5. Information we collect automatically

When you visit the website our infrastructure records standard technical data: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, the pages requested and the time of the request.

We use this to keep the site secure and working, to diagnose faults, and to understand which pages are useful. We do not use it to build an advertising profile of you.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

This site stores your theme preference in your browser so the page does not flash the wrong colours on your next visit. That value is kept on your device, is never sent to us, and can be cleared at any time in your browser settings.

Where we use analytics, it is configured to measure how pages perform rather than to identify you individually, and [confirm your analytics provider and whether a consent banner is required in your markets].

Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies. Doing so will not stop you using the site, though it may reset preferences you have chosen.

7. Third-party tracking

We do not sell your personal information and we do not allow third parties to place advertising trackers on this website for their own purposes.

Where a page embeds something served by another company — a font, a map, a video — that company may receive your IP address as part of serving it. Their handling of that is governed by their own policy.

8. How we use your information

  • To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote.
  • To carry out the engagement, including making filings and applications on your instruction.
  • To meet legal and regulatory duties, including identity checks and record-keeping.
  • To take payment and keep accounting records.
  • To keep the website and the application secure and working.
  • To tell you about changes to your engagement, a deadline, or these policies.

We do not send marketing to clients or enquirers unless they have asked for it, and any message that is marketing carries a one-click unsubscribe.

9. Our lawful bases

Where UK or EU data protection law applies, we rely on:

  • Steps before a contract — answering your enquiry and quoting.
  • Performance of a contract — carrying out the engagement.
  • Legal obligation — identity checks, filings and accounting records.
  • Legitimate interests — keeping the site secure, improving it, and defending legal claims, balanced against your interests and rights.

Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting anything done before you withdrew it.

10. How we share your information

We share personal information only where it is needed to do the work or to meet a legal duty, and only with organisations bound to protect it:

  • Hosting, email and infrastructure providers that run our systems.
  • Payment providers that process your payment.
  • Licensed accountants who prepare and file statutory accounts and tax returns.
  • Company registries, tax authorities and registered agents, where a filing requires it.
  • Banks and payment providers, where you have asked us to support an application.
  • Professional advisers, and any authority we are legally required to disclose to.

We may also disclose information in connection with a sale or reorganisation of the business, in which case the recipient is bound by this policy.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for another organisation’s own marketing.

11. International transfers

We operate across the United Kingdom, the United States and Bangladesh, so your information may be processed in any of them. Where personal information covered by UK or EU law leaves that area, we rely on an adequacy decision or on standard contractual clauses with the receiving organisation.

Ask us at [email protected] if you want details of the safeguards that apply to a particular transfer.

12. How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that do not become work: [retention period, e.g. 12 months].
  • Client records, contracts and correspondence: for the engagement and then [retention period] afterwards.
  • Accounting, tax and identity-verification records: for the period the law requires in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Server logs: a short rolling window for security and diagnostics.

When a retention period ends we delete the information or anonymise it so it can no longer identify you.

13. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or send it to another provider. You can object to processing we carry out on the basis of legitimate interests.

Write to [email protected] and we will respond within one month. We may need to confirm who you are first. Exercising a right is free and we will not treat you differently for it.

If you are in the UK and are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. If you are elsewhere, you can complain to your local supervisory authority.

14. Security

Access to client information is limited to the people who need it, systems are kept patched, transfers run over encrypted connections, and identity documents are stored only for as long as the filing or check requires.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information we will tell you and the relevant regulator as the law requires, and we will tell you what we are doing about it.

Our website and our correspondence link to registries, banks, payment providers and other services. Those organisations are not under our control and this policy does not apply to them.

Read their privacy notices before giving them personal information.

16. Changes to this policy

We update this page when our practices change, and the date at the top always shows the current version. Material changes affecting existing clients are notified by email before they take effect.

17. Contact

Privacy questions and rights requests go to [email protected], or +880 1608 534154 by phone or WhatsApp.

If anything here is unclear, ask before you commit to anything. We would rather answer it now than argue about it later.
