Growth

Search traffic you do not pay for twice.

Technical and local search, built on what your buyers actually type. Slower than advertising and considerably cheaper once it works, and it keeps working after you stop paying for the month.

What we work on

Four layers, in the order they actually matter

Skipping the first layer to write content is the most common and most expensive mistake in search. We work bottom up.

Technical

Technical foundations

If search engines cannot crawl, render and index the site quickly, nothing above this layer matters.

  • Crawlability, indexation and sitemap health
  • Core Web Vitals on real pages, not a lab score
  • Structured data that matches the page content
  • Redirects, canonicals and duplicate content

On-page

On-page structure

Each page answering one query properly, rather than every page half-answering the same one.

  • One page per intent, mapped to real queries
  • Titles and headings written for humans first
  • Internal linking that spreads authority
  • Image, heading and link accessibility

Content

Content

Written around what buyers search before they buy, not around a keyword volume spreadsheet.

  • Keyword research filtered by commercial intent
  • Briefs built from what already ranks
  • Existing pages improved before new ones are added
  • Refreshed on a schedule rather than abandoned

Local

Local search

For anyone who sells to a place: the map pack is often more valuable than the blue links above it.

  • Google Business Profile completed and verified
  • Consistent name, address and phone everywhere
  • Location pages that are not duplicates
  • Reviews requested as part of the process

What you get

Three things that arrive every month

Search work is slow enough that it needs visible output in the meantime. These are the three artefacts that make it possible to judge progress before the rankings move.

  1. A ranking report you can read

    01

Positions for the queries that lead to sales, not a vanity list of terms nobody searches with money in hand.

    RankingsTrafficConversions
    • Tracked queries chosen by commercial intent
    • Movement shown against the previous month
    • Traffic and conversions, not just positions
    • Written summary of what changed and why
  2. A fixed technical issue list

    02

The audit is not a 90-page PDF you file away. Issues are prioritised by impact and then actually resolved.

    AuditFixesRe-crawl
    • Issues ranked by traffic impact, not severity score
    • Fixed in the site rather than recommended
    • Re-crawled to confirm the fix landed
    • Regression watch on the ones that recur
  3. Content that ships

    03

Pages written, published and linked — not briefs handed over for someone on your team to find time for.

    BriefsPublishedInternal links
    • Briefs built from what currently ranks
    • Written, edited and published for you
    • Internal links added to existing pages
    • Older pages refreshed before new ones are written
How we work

Four commitments, mostly about what we will not sell you

Search is the easiest service to bill for indefinitely while producing nothing measurable. These four are how you can tell whether it is working.

Ask for the tracked query list. If it is full of terms nobody buys with, the reporting is decoration.

  1. 01

We will not promise a position

Nobody controls Google’s ranking, and anyone guaranteeing position one is either describing a term nobody searches or is about to buy an ad and call it SEO.

What we commit to is the work, the reporting and the queries we target.

  2. 02

    We will not buy links

Paid link schemes work until they do not, and the recovery costs more than the gains. Authority comes from being worth citing.

Nothing we do puts your domain at risk of a manual action.

  3. 03

We fix, we do not just report

An audit that ends in a document is half a service. Issues on sites we build or host are resolved by us; on sites we do not, we hand over changes ready to apply.

Every issue is re-crawled to confirm the fix landed.

  4. 04

    The work survives us leaving

Content is on your domain, technical fixes are in your codebase, and the analytics and Search Console history is in your accounts.

Stopping the retainer does not undo anything already done.

Questions

What founders ask about SEO

Ask the rest in the audit. We would rather set expectations now than manage them at month five.

How long before it works?

Technical fixes can move things within weeks because you are removing an obstacle rather than building authority. Content and local work typically take three to six months to show reliably, and competitive commercial terms take longer.

If your site is new, the first six months are mostly foundations. We say so at the audit rather than at month five.

Is SEO better than paid advertising?

They answer different questions. Paid search gives you traffic tomorrow at a cost that never stops. Search gives you traffic in six months that keeps arriving after you stop paying.

Most businesses should run both, with paid funding the period while search matures. We will tell you if yours is an exception.

What if our site was built by someone else?

That is the normal case. We audit what is there, and where we cannot deploy changes ourselves we hand your developer a prioritised list with the actual changes rather than a description of them.

If the platform itself is the obstacle — and sometimes it is — we will say that plainly rather than bill months against a ceiling.

Do you write the content?

Yes. Research, brief, writing, editing, publishing and internal linking. What we need from you is subject-matter review, because you know things about your trade that no amount of research substitutes for.

Start with the audit

Send your domain and the terms you think matter. The audit comes back ranked by what each issue is costing you.
